About Us

Resilience Healthcare is an Irish owned health and social care provider, founded in 2011. Through the provision of residential day and community based services, we support over 300 people with Autism, intellectual, physical and sensory disabilities and people with Prader Willi Syndrome.

Through our Advanced Community Care Division, we provided home Nursing Services to now over 120 children and adults with complex medical needs and their families

Leadership, Quality and Governance

Strong Experienced Leadership

Resilience Healthcare is an Irish owned independent health and social care provider. The Board of Directors ensures that Resilience Healthcare is managed effectively.

The CEO of Resilience Healthcare, Laura Keane, reports directly to the Board of Directors. She is both a clinician and a highly qualified and experienced health services manager, and Laura has promoted a culture of person-centred, high quality, person centred service delivery, underpinned by robust clinical governance. She is supported by an experienced senior management team, as outlined in our management team structure.

Quality Assurance

5 Star accreditation

In 2023, Resilience Healthcare was awarded the distinction of being the first company in the Republic of Ireland to receive 5 stars under the newer and in-depth scoring system implemented by EFQM since 2020. EFQM is an international accreditation that helps businesses perform better, by benchmarking their performance against best practice from top companies across multiple industries around the world. This recognition highlights our commitment to excellence and superior quality in health and social care delivery.

Resilience Healthcare has also achieved certification in the International Standard (ISO) 45001 the Occupational Health & Safety Management System. Our people are an important stakeholder and this accreditation demonstrates our commitment to the safety and welfare of employees, visitors, and contractors.

Resilience Healthcare is a registered provider with the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA). We have registered services that have been inspected and deemed compliant with the regulations/standards for residential services for children and adults with disabilities.

Resilience Healthcare is one of a small number of approved providers for the provision of homecare services to people with complex care needs. We are an approved provider since the HSE commenced this initiative in 2017.

Robust Governance

Our Governance Committee meets every quarter and oversees all aspects of our clinical governance and risk management. In turn this work is scrutinized by the Board Committee on Quality and Risk which also meets quarterly.

Resilience Healthcare’s governance and risk management are indispensable for the successful operation of our business. They ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care, compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and the overall sustainability of the business. On an ongoing basis we foster a culture of continuous improvement in our services.
