Help your loved one
Live their best life
what we do
Resilience Social Care
You travel a long road caring for your loved one with a disability.
We understand that the time may have come for you to explore support options.
Our Social Care division provides support to children and adults with intellectual, physical and sensory disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder and also supports individuals who may present with behaviours of concern. We are proud to be offering families progressive solutions which focus on empowerment of our service users, rather than limiting their experiences of life.
We build the service around the person, not the other way around
Our approach is designed to help every person live an involved, meaningful and empowered life, focusing not on what they can’t do, but on what they can achieve.
We focus on potential and possibility and we - provide services that put each individual at the center.
Flexibility and individuality are at the heart of everything we do – which means the services we offer allow us to provide exactly the kind of support your loved one needs. Its about developing a Support Plan that is tailored around each persons very specific requirements.
Why We're Different
We focus on Empowering
In Social Care, we’re proud to be helping to change the face of support for people with Intellectual Disability and Autism, in Ireland. Proud to be offering families progressive services which focus on empowerment of people rather than limiting their experiences of life.
We can’t tell you that reaching out for support for a loved one is an easy decision to make but in our Social Care division we offer you a specialist service that is built around the persons needs.
What We Offer
For service users, children or adult, who require full residential care, we’re a long way away from what you might expect.
Perhaps a different approach is right for your loved one - where he or she divides time between one of our residences and your family home.
For service users who remain at home, we offer Outreach.
New Directions is for those who live at one of our Residences or using our Shared Care option.
Prader Willi Syndrome
Social Care has opened a new residential service with a completely unique approach to supporting people with Prader Willi Syndrome.
