Key Responsibilities
Ø Build awareness in 3rd level of Resilience Healthcare as a disability services provider and employer.
Ø Build awareness of our brand also with Special Needs schools.
Ø Liaise with and provide value to key stakeholders (students, grads, lecturers, course coordinators, etc)
Ø Meet targeted number of recruitment leads for students/grads to our Talent Acquisition team
Ø Organise and attend fairs and open days and other engagement opportunities.
Ø Collaborate with operational colleagues to speak with students and educational bodies in formal and informal settings.
Ø Work with marketing colleagues to ensure our brand is in front of the right students and grads at the right time in the most effective medium.
Ø Develop an annual plan/strategy for engagement with colleges, students and grads.
Essential Criteria – Education & Experience
Ø Strong background of working in customer or service user facing roles.
Ø Motivated to reach and exceed targets. Comfortable having KPI’s being measured.
Ø Proactive communicator, happy to reach out to and speak with new people.
Ø Preferable (but not essential) to have a background working in disability or social care services
Ø Good IT and report writing skills.
Ø Curious and inquisitive, seeking new and the most effective ways to communicate with the target audience
Ø Experience of working with colleagues in other depts to achieve targets.
Ø Energetic, proactive.
