Business Manager – Cork

Location: Nationwide role with base in Cork office (in Mahon) (hybrid model)

Key Responsibilities:
Tendering Process Management
- Lead the entire tendering process from initial identification to submission
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documents for tender submissions.
- Review tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Supporting Existing Revenue Streams
- Act as the primary owner of day-to-day management for existing revenue streams.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
Driving Market Share Growth
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for expanding our footprint within existing markets.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop and execute strategies for winning new business.
- Work on pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while ensuring profitability.
Enhancing Operational Efficiency
- Develop and refine processes for managing services, contracts, and reporting to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee compliance with internal policies and external regulations to mitigate risks and enhance client trust.
Stakeholder Collaboration/ Relationship Management
- Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals internally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Commissioners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Commissioners to foster trust and collaboration.
Qualifications and essential criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using business management software and tools.
Experience in account management in the home healthcare industry would be a distinct advantage.
