Your Home as a Workplace
Useful tips for families for who are putting a homecare package in place for the first time.
In summer 2020 we decided to put together a booklet (8 pages) giving some guidance to families who are about to go through this experience.
Resilience has been providing nurse led care packages to people with complex needs across Ireland since 2011. For some families it can be hard to adjust to the home being a place of work for the homecare team. We can share some tips and advice about managing this change.
We have some advice from families they would give other families when choosing a service provider and setting up a service.
We also have tips from our Nurse Management team who are experienced in supporting people with complex needs.
