Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Resilience Healthcare’s workforce needs. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles, ensuring the best talent is sourced and hired.
  • Develop and implement international recruitment strategies to attract global talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, agencies, and professional networks to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to position Resilience Healthcare as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, immigration requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract top talent.
  • Manage and improve the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Establish and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists overseas to support global hiring efforts.

 

 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, with a strong background in healthcare or international recruitment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume and specialised recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry staffing needs and international hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
