What will you do
You’ll lead and support community-based services across multiple locations, helping individuals live more independent, self-directed lives.
This role combines leadership, service development, safeguarding, team culture, and operational oversight — so no two days look the same.
You’ll:
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
- Drive person-centred service delivery aligned with New Directions
- Build strong relationships with families, communities, and stakeholders
- Support innovation, continuous improvement, and service growth
- Oversee quality, compliance, safeguarding, and operational excellence

What’s needed:
- 2+ years’ experience in a management or supervisory role within health or social care
- Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Experience in managing day services, supported living, or community settings
- A qualification in Social Care or a related field QQI Level 7 in Applied Social Studies in Social Care or related discipline
- Knowledge of safeguarding, auditing, and person-centred frameworks
