What will you do

You’ll lead and support community-based services across multiple locations, helping individuals live more independent, self-directed lives.

This role combines leadership, service development, safeguarding, team culture, and operational oversight — so no two days look the same.

You’ll:

  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
  • Drive person-centred service delivery aligned with New Directions
  • Build strong relationships with families, communities, and stakeholders
  • Support innovation, continuous improvement, and service growth
  • Oversee quality, compliance, safeguarding, and operational excellence
  • Help create services people genuinely want to be part of

What’s needed:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a management or supervisory role within health or social care
  • Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
  • Experience in managing day services, supported living, or community settings
  • A qualification in Social Care or a related field QQI Level 7 in Applied Social Studies in Social Care or related discipline
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, auditing, and person-centred frameworks
