Location: Ennis, Co. Clare (Hybrid)
Type of contract: Full-time, (12 Month Mat Leave Cover)
Salary: €32,000 – €36,000 per year

The Role

The candidate is responsible for delivering the organisation’s marketing communications, digital content, public relations activity, and internal and external events programme.

This is a hands-on, fast paced, strategic delivery role requiring strong creative capability, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will take full ownership of event planning and social media strategy while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the social media content strategy aligned to business priorities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Create high-quality content including copywriting, graphics, short-form video and campaign assets.
  • Monitor social media analytics and engagement metrics.
  • Lead the planning and execution of internal and external events.
  • Liaise with external designers, printers, and creative suppliers where necessary.
  • Manage content calendars and scheduling across platforms.
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end: venues, suppliers, budgets, timelines and on-the-day coordination.
  • Oversee branding and marketing materials for all events.
  • Coordinate media engagement including interviews, press releases, and stakeholder communications.

What We’re Looking For

  • A professional qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in content creation, copywriting and social media management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing events end-to-end.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
