As Business Development Executive, you’ll be the face of Resilience to the HSE and TUSLA across Leinster and the Midlands — building the relationships that connect people in need of support with services that genuinely deliver it. This is a role where your work shows up directly in people’s lives.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for driving utilisation and development of Resilience Healthcare’s services. That means building trusted relationships with HSE and TUSLA decision-makers, identifying the right solutions for their needs, and making sure Resilience is always front of mind when support is needed.
It’s relationship-led, solution-focused, and grounded in a genuine belief that we offer something that can provide essential support to families.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HSE and TUSLA decision-makers across.
- Ensure utilisation of our services is maximised, thus providing essential services to families.
- Act as the trusted communication bridge between Resilience and our referral partners
- Proactively identify customer needs and present tailored service solutions
- Work with internal operations teams to align service capacity with referral pipelines
- Support the development of proposals, presentations, and service updates for stakeholders
- Maintain accurate CRM records to support planning, reporting, and pipeline management
- Achieve agreed targets
What We’re Looking For
A confident, relationship-first commercial professional who understands that in healthcare, trust is everything. You’re organised, solutions-focused, and motivated by targets — but you’re also someone who genuinely cares about the outcomes behind the numbers.
- 3+ years’ experience in a business development or account management role
- Experience in healthcare or social care is desirable but not essential — the right mindset matters more
- Proven track record working to measurable targets
- Strong relationship-building skills, ideally with public sector bodies such as HSE or TUSLA
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- IT proficient, with experience using CRM systems
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel within the region
