Support Worker Day Service, Galway City
Location: Galway City
Hours: full time permanent contract
Rate of Pay: €15per hour
Monday to Friday (35hrs)
What Will Your Responsibilities Be?
- Deliver and manage high-quality client care, including developing, implementing, and reviewing support plans and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures and liaise effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to maintain best practice.
- Support and develop the staff team by mentoring new colleagues, promoting a positive learning environment, and working collaboratively
Qualifying Criteria
- Previous experience working with children or adults with physical, sensory and intellectual disability
- QQI level 5/Social Care qualification or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- A Full clean Irish driver’s licence is essential
