About the Role
The Person in Charge holds overall responsibility for the leadership, governance and regulatory compliance of designated services, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred supports.
You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, drive continuous improvement and ensure services remain inspection-ready while supporting individuals to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities

· Ensure HIQA compliance
· Manage governance and quality
· Lead multidisciplinary teams
· Manage safeguarding, incidents and risks
· Develop staff
· Oversee budgets and resources
· Drive continuous improvement
Essential
· A relevant health or social care qualification
· QQI Level 5 (essential)
· A QQI Level 6 Management Qualification (or equivalent)
· QQI Level 7 (preferred)
· Management experience in disability or social care services
· Experience in HIQA-regulated environments
· A proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality, person-centred care
