We’re hiring a Driver

Resilience Healthcare are looking for experienced driver to work across our Disability Services in Galway. 

The Driver  plays a vital role in providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for individuals with disabilities. The driver will ensure that clients are transported to and from school, medical appointments, social outings  or other essential activities. The role demands compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and comfort of those being transported.

Location:                    Galway

Type of contract:         Fixed term contract (30 hours per week)

Hours: 8am to 11am and 1pm to 4pm (split shifts)

What you’ll do:

• Safely transport individuals with disabilities to and from designated locations
• Maintain a high standard of care, support, and compassion in every interaction with clients.
• Work closely with support staff to ensure smooth routines
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License – must hold a full clean and valid Irish driving license.
• Prior experience working as a driver
