The Role

As Director of Property, you’ll lead Resilience Healthcare’s end-to-end property function – sourcing and securing the sites that fuel our growth, overseeing fit-out and compliance, and running a growing multi-site portfolio to the standard our residents deserve.

This is as much a strategic leadership role as an operational one. You’ll be credible in a Board room and on a site visit, and you’ll need to move fast without cutting corners.

What You’ll Lead

• Property sourcing, appraisal, and acquisition – building and maintaining the pipeline that enables growth
• Negotiation and business case development through to CFO and Board approval
• End-to-end fit-out and refurbishment – on time, on budget, to regulatory standard
• Cost control, procurement, and framework agreements across contractors and suppliers
• Portfolio compliance; fire safety, statutory inspections, and the property risk register
• Capex forecasting and cash draw reporting, keeping Finance ahead of the pipeline
• Energy conservation and decarbonisation across the portfolio
• A multidisciplinary team spanning project management, quantity surveying, and architectural functions

What We’re Looking For

A senior property leader with commercial sharpness, operational discipline, and the credibility to lead at executive level. You understand that in a regulated care environment, every property decision has a human consequence.

• Extensive senior leadership experience across a large-scale, multi-site property portfolio
• Proven track record of growing a property portfolio; sourcing, appraising, and securing properties with an established agent and developer network
• Strong commercial acumen;budget ownership, cost control, and Board-level reporting
• Knowledge of Irish planning, building regulations, fire safety, and statutory compliance
• Degree-level qualification in Property, Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, or Architecture
• Chartered membership (RICS, SCSI, RIAI, or similar) – desirable
• Experience in a regulated care or healthcare environment – desirable
• Full clean driving licence
