The Role

As CQSR, you’ll lead Resilience Healthcare’s Quality, Safety and Risk function – providing oversight, assurance, and challenge to the CEO, SLT, and Board as we scale. You’ll be credible in a boardroom and on the floor of a service, and you’ll raise the bar across an organisation that is already serious about where it is going.

What You’ll Lead

• Company-wide QSR strategy aligned to our growth ambition and all applicable legislation
• HIQA compliance across all designated centres – and readiness for the anticipated extension of regulation to day services
• Enterprise-wide risk management – live registers, clear ownership, quarterly Board reporting
• Organisational leadership on safeguarding, incident management, and open disclosure
• Information governance — GDPR, Data Protection, breach management, and DPIAs

What We’re Looking For

A senior leader who brings rigour, solutions and a genuine belief that quality and safety are what make good lives possible for people with disabilities.

• Significant senior leadership in quality, safety, risk, and compliance in a regulated health or social care environment
• Proven enterprise risk management – frameworks, registers, and board-level reporting
• Demonstrable safeguarding leadership, including engagement with Tusla and HSE Safeguarding teams
• HIQA inspection management and National Standards experience – highly desirable
• Experience building or significantly developing a quality and safety function – highly desirable
