The Role
Reporting to the Property Director, you’ll manage multiple live fit out projects simultaneously, coordinating contractors, suppliers, designers, and operations teams to deliver residential and day service locations on time, on budget, and HIQA-ready. The role is based in Leinster with regular nationwide travel to sites across Ireland.
What You’ll Lead
- Full fit out project management across multiple live sites, from contractor commencement to turnkey handover
- Residential services fit out, covering interior and exterior, furniture, HIQA-compliant fit out, medical supplies, fire safety, deep clean and service set up
- Community day services fit out, working with the Day Services Director and letting agents to secure and deliver new locations
- Existing services upgrades, including furniture, equipment, and refresh works across locations nationally, coordinating with the Maintenance Co-Ordinator and OTs
- Fit out trackers, budgets, purchase orders, and supplier coordination across all projects
What We’re Looking For
Someone who can run multiple projects without dropping a detail, organised, practical, and comfortable dealing with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders all at once.
- Experience in project coordination, property fit out, or facilities management
- Strong planning and organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
- Comfortable with budgets, purchase orders, and supplier management
- Knowledge of HIQA residential requirements (desirable)
- Based in Leinster with full flexibility for nationwide travel and regular site visits
- A proactive, hands-on approach; this role is on the road as much as it is at a desk
