About the Role
As Team Leader you’ll support the Service Manager with operational leadership, people development, quality assurance and service delivery while remaining actively involved in frontline supports.
You’ll play a key role in developing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring outstanding person-centred services.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example
- Supervise, motivate and mentor staff
- Deliver induction and coaching
- Support recruitment
- Complete audits
- Manage incidents and safeguarding
- Support rostering and payroll
- Develop future leaders
Essential
- QQI Level 5
- 3+ years’ experience
- Leadership experience
- Full driving licence
- Strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
Desirable
- QQI Level 7
- Management qualification
