Job Title: Community Co-ordinator
Location: Turner’s Cross, Cork City
Contract: Permanent Full Time. 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends
Basic Hourly Rate: Earn up to €21.00 per hour (Premium rates apply to night, weekend and public holiday shifts)

What We’re Looking For
- QQI Level 5 in Health and Social Care, Childcare, Pre-Nursing, or Youth and Community Work is essential.
- QQI Level 7 qualification in Applied Social Studies in Social Care or related discipline is desirable.
- A qualification or accredited training in management, supervision, or leadership is an advantage.
- Ongoing commitment to continuing professional development is expected.
- Right to work in Ireland.
- A full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
Skills / Competencies
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience working in social care or another relevant sector.
- Experience supporting adults and/or children with intellectual disabilities, physical or sensory support needs, or Autism.
- Experience in a supervisory, team lead, or co-ordination role is desirable.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver person-centred programmes and activities.
- Knowledge of and exposure to the HSE New Directions Interim Standards for Day Services.
- Familiarity with safeguarding, risk management, and incident management systems.
- Exposure to quality assurance processes, internal auditing, and performance monitoring.
- Experience working with community groups, HSE, and other relevant stakeholders is advantageous.
