About the Role
We are recruiting a compassionate and motivated Social Care Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. This is a hands-on role involving direct care, care planning, and shift leadership within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support promoting dignity, independence, and choice
- Support daily living, wellbeing, and community participation
- Act as Key Worker and contribute to Personal Plans
- Lead shifts and support team members when required
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and HIQA standards are upheld
- Maintain accurate records and report incidents appropriately
About You
Essential:
- Level 8 Degree in Social Care (or equivalent)
- Registration with CORU
- Full Clean Irish driving license essential
- Right to work in Ireland
Experience:
- Social care, disability, or residential settings
- Supporting individuals with complex needs
Desirable:
- Shift leadership or mentoring experience
- Knowledge of HIQA standards
