Business Development Executive (Hybrid, National Role)
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both the HSE and TUSLA to drive occupancy across our Children’s and Adults’ Residential Services and Community Day Services. This role requires a solution-focused professional with excellent organisational skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to act as a liaison between our operational teams and external stakeholders. This role supports the Business Development Manager in delivering on strategic objectives and service expansion targets.

Location: Leinster & Midlands
Hours: 40hrs (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with HSE and TUSLA decision-makers in the region.
- Promote and secure residential placements (children’s and adults) and fill spaces in community day services.
- Work collaboratively with internal operations teams to align service capacity with customer needs.
- Act as a trusted point of contact and communication bridge between Resilience and the customer.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system to support planning, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Proactively identify customer needs and present tailored service solutions to ensure best outcomes for service users and families.
- Support the development of proposals, presentations, and service updates for both internal & external stakeholders.
- Achieve agreed sales and occupancy targets while maintaining a strong focus on long-term relationship building.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ Years Proven experience in a sales, account management, or business development role (healthcare or social care sector experience desirable).
- Experience in working toward measurable targets or KPIs.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, ideally with public sector bodies such as HSE or TUSLA.
- A collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and solution-focused approach to customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- IT proficient, with experience using CRM systems.
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel.
