Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition

The Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across Talent Acquisition, ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders, the role will oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, external partners, and the development of sustainable talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring effective delivery of recruitment services
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support current and future workforce needs
- Deliver and continuously enhance the Talent Acquisition strategy
- Manage recruitment agencies and external partners to agreed performance and budget targets
- Ensure robust recruitment processes, governance, and reporting
- Promote a consistent employer brand and positive candidate experience
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in a senior or management-level Talent Acquisition role
- Background in high-volume and international recruitment environments, including knowledge of work permits and visas
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Experience managing external suppliers and recruitment budgets
- Commercial, data-driven, and delivery-focused
