Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

As Marketing Manager, you will drive our growth strategy during a period of significant expansion, leading the team and external partners across brand development, communications, digital, PR, and paid media.

Location: Hybrid (Resilience HQ, Ennis, Co. Clare)(Successful candidate can be based in Mid West, South or South East)
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Mon–Thu 08:45–17:30 | Fri 08:45–16:30

Skills & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (preferred)
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in a strategic marketing role
- Proven experience building and executing marketing and communication strategies
- Experience working with senior people & teams in a business on key projects
- Strong digital and social marketing expertise
- Experience supporting talent acquisition or employer branding (advantageous)
- Experience managing multiple campaigns, budgets and external partners
- Creative, analytical, and solutions-focused, with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent storytelling skills; ability to craft clear, compelling messages
- Knowledge of corporate PR and reputation management
- Full, clean driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to delivering the unique 3X10X business strategy and vision
- Develop and deliver brand strategy and marketing activation plans
- Support Talent Acquisition through targeted digital and media campaigns
- Oversee all aspects of creative, media, digital and social for events and conferences
- Gather market insights, competitor analysis and identify opportunities for brand growth
- Curate and manage the content of our internal digital communications and social platforms and websites
- Provide support and guidance to our senior leadership team on communications and media related matters, both proactive and reactive
- Ensure quality and consistency of all output from press releases, media comment and opinion pieces
- Independently own the department’s P&L, including day to day spend accountability, forecasts, budgets, and approval process
- Develop productive working relationships with key decision makers at various levels within the company
- Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance to other team members
- Collaborate with agencies, publishers, and partners to deliver innovative, high-impact
