• Referral must be submitted before your friend is hired.
• The person who referred their friend cannot be involved in the hiring process.
• €300 paid when the referral starts with Resilience Healthcare.
• Followed by €500 when they successfully complete probation.
• Both you and your referral must still be employed at the 6-month mark.
