What is the position?

The Recruitment Administrator will work as part of the internal Talent Acquisition Team to attract, source and screen a high volume of social care and nursing candidates to work in Resilience, utilising different recruitment and attraction tools to build talent pipelines.

Location: Resilience Head Office, Ennis, Co. Clare (hybrid model)

Type of contract: Full-time permanent

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 08.45 – 17.30, Friday 08.45 – 16.30

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job postings and social media.
  • Streamline recruitment processes through the effective use of recruitment technologies, with candidate care always top of the agenda.
  • Manage job postings and candidate applications, schedule interviews, generate offer letters.
  • Keep all compliance files up to date.
  • Stakeholder management, ie. appropriate engagement and consultation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

  • Degree level education is preferable.
  • Recent experience working in an office environment as part of a team in Ireland.
  • Be self-motivated, organised and have good time management skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be results driven, confident, ambitious and career driven.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable working in a busy and fast paced business.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Social Media channels.
